Terms for our tours.

Application and contact information:

We need to have contact information for each participant at least 24 hours before the tour. This is to be able to communicate possible changes in the planned tour/course. Contact information comprises name, email and mobile phone number, and if it is OK to be in photos.

We also need to know if you have any allergies. For our kayak courses we need to know your height to get the right kayak.

Cancellation:

For cancellations we always charge a fee of 20% of the cost to cover our administration. If you cancel earlier than 48 hours we refund 80% of the course cost. After this time, we do not refund the course fee. If you are sick, there is the possibility to rebook for another time within 12 months. It can usually be arranged.

Booking and payment:

Booking is done on our homepage, the simplest way is to click on the booking icon by the respective course. Payment is made on the booking page with a charge card. A booking must be paid fully at the time of booking to apply. Questions to Kersti 0046(0)70-6747006.

Illness:

We follow the authorities’ regulations, recommendations and advice to avoid the spread of infection. This means that we apply the cancellation rules generously if someone gets sick. However, we hold an admin fee on cancellation of 20%.

Insurance:

Naturvägledare Norra Vättern (North Vättern Nature Guides) have a liability insurance. We recommend that our clients take out an accident insurance for safety sake.

Group size:

We match the size of the group and the number of nature guides depending on the activity.

  • Outdoor life and experiences min 2 people max 10 people/guide

  • Kayak courses min 2 people max 4/coach

  • Kayak tours min 2 people max 6/guide

Sustainability:

We work with small groups to ensure that we leave as small a footprint in nature as possible. We are guests of the countryside and show our surroundings great respect.

During the breeding period we avoid places where birds nest. We follow the principles of public access rights and where applicable the rules that apply to protected nature.

We strive to use organic raw ingredients when we cook food/snacks. We are part of the local community and therefore purchase goods and services locally where possible.

Through cooperation with other local actors we contribute to the rural development of our area.

The experience of the course/tour:

You are welcome to share in social media, but wait until we have completed our group tour/course for the day. We want to share our time together with our participants. If there is anything you think we have not delivered, we would like you to let us know so that we can develop our business further.

Please do tag us… Then more people can share what you experienced.
