We learn when we feel good together with others
We are convinced that you learn new things when you feel good, and feel the desire and need of new knowledge. Some butterflies in the stomach is good but it must not turn into anxiety. An appropriate amount of challenge makes things exciting and interesting. No matter whether you chose a course or tour in a kayak or in the forest, you will leave us with new skills and experiences.
We offer easily accessible, safe adventures where we share experiences together in groups. Regardless of the weather or the time of year we have great trips, we never cancel, so you can be sure the trip will happen, even if sometimes we have to alter the plan a little. We try to describe what you need to have with you for the various courses and tours and what we will have with us. All questions are important questions, so do not hesitate to ask if you wonder about anything.
Togetherness in the group and with nature
To us, everyone in the group is important, together we create our shared experience. Therefore, small-scale is important to us when it comes to both number of participants in a group and the number of courses and tours we offer. Our presence in the moment is what makes a good tour. By trying to convey a sense of belonging with nature, plants, animals and our surroundings, we believe that the commitment to nature becomes greater. It is only when you have a relationship with nature that you want to take care of it – no one wants to harm a friend.
Sustainable travels leaving no trace
We leave practically no footprint as we move across Lake Vättern or through Tiveden forests. When we seek the adventure that enriches and creates energy in everyday life, we do not overuse our common resources or damage nature. For us that means that we do not make noise, do damage or leave rubbish or traces behind. When we light a fire we do so responsibly with regard to current regulations. We leave nature the way we would want to find it next time.
This also means that we chose carefully what equipment and food we bring with us.
We are a part of the local community
This is why we buy goods and services locally whenever possible. We work with local partners and like to run courses and tours with other nature guides around Vättern and Tiveden. In this way we contribute to Askersund and Tiveden being great places to live and work. That does not stop us from making guest appearances in both Sörmland and Bohuslän archipelagos. Sometimes you have to get away to appreciate home. Perhaps you will find your next home in our area.

Travels without a trace and sustainably
We move on Lake Vättern or in Tived forest as tracelessly as we can. When we seek the adventure that enriches and creates energy in everyday life, we do it so that it does not wear out our common resources or damage nature. For us, this means that we do not hiss, damage or leave debris and traces behind. When we light a fire, we do so responsibly based on current regulations. We leave nature the way we want to come to it next time.
It also means that we have carefully chosen which equipment, food and which packaging we have with us.

Our activities are led by certified nature guides who meet the nature tourism industry's quality criteria. Certified nature guide is an industry standard that guarantees you as a visitor a safe, engaging and professional experience.
As we are an authorized trainer of the Swedish canoe ban, you can be sure that we maintain the quality and professionalism of our training and examinations.
We protect the local community and nature around Tiveden. That is why we have a cooperation agreement with Tivedens National Park. This means, among other things, that we inform about the National Park and the nature that is there, talk about protected nature and the right of the public. Our tours and courses always take place with great consideration for the nature and local population in the area.
