With Kayaking in the Northern Lake archipelago, wooden canoeing on a still forest lake and hiking beyond the trail network, you get to experience Tivedens nature as few visitors have seen it before.
This is the adventure for you who want to discover several sustainable ways of traveling in nature together with others. Our weekend adventure is for you who like an active outdoor life, want to learn new things and have a really nice experience in Tiveden.
This in the company of local experienced guides who know Tiveden, who know outdoor life and are passionate about sharing their knowledge.
What you can expect
Vättern is a mythical lake, filled with secrets and wonderful islands that lie scattered in crystal clear water. We start by kayaking out to an island where we set up camp.
While you take an evening dip from the cliff, Kersti and Lovisa prepare dinner.
The evening ends by the fire.
The next day we take a shorter paddle trip before we transport ourselves to a still Skogssjö in Tiveden. There, unique wooden canoes await us and we continue our day paddling to todays campsite. There we are helped to cook the food over the fire and when darkness falls we sleep soundly in our tents.
On the last day we will hike through Tiveden in places where rarely anyone goes. Lovisa teaches us more about the plants and animals that live in the natural forest.

How many?: 6 participants
Difficulty level: You don't need to have paddled before but should have a good general habit of being out and enjoying the outdoors.
This includes:2 local experienced certified guides, 2 dinners, 2 lunches, 2 breakfasts, 3 coffee breaks. Kayaks, canoes and life jackets.
You bring with you: personal sleeping equipment, clothes for the activities, snacks, water bottle, sunscreen (detailed equipment list will come when you are registered)
